Lloyd Kreuzer, Ph.D.
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Lloyd Kreuzer co-founded Imorgon in 2006, bringing with him more than 20 years of experience leading the development of ultrasound PACS products. Prior to founding Imorgon, Lloyd served as director of business development for Acuson Corporation (acquired by Siemens Medical), a leading ultrasound developer and manufacturer, where he initiated the company’s entry into the ultrasound PACS market. He played a key role in the creation and development of Aegis, Acuson’s first-generation ultrasound PACS, and in the development of KinetDX, the company’s second-generation ultrasound PACS.
Lloyd was an active member of the DICOM standards committee for many years, where he made significant contributions to extend DICOM to support ultrasound imaging. Prior to working in the medical software development market, he was member of technical staff at Bell Labs and at HP Labs.
Lloyd received a Bachelor of Arts in Physics and Mathematics from Swarthmore College and a Ph.D. in Physics from Princeton University.
National Sales Director
Kim has worked in a variety of technology based companies throughout her sales career. Prior to joining Imorgon, she was a Regional Vice President at Lumedx, specializing in Cardiovascular Information Systems and multi-modality PACS for over seventeen years. Her early sales years were spent at Zymed, Instromedix, and GE Healthcare (Formerly Marquette Electronics). She spent nine years working as a Cardiovascular Technologist, with a primary focus in echocardiography, vascular ultrasound and managing a device clinic. Kim has extensive experience in clinical workflow analysis, data analytics, EHR integration, PACS and healthcare IT. Kim lives in Georgetown, TX.
Prachi Kothavade, MS Computer Science
Director of Engineering
Prachi Kothavade joined Imorgon in 2014 with extensive experience working in the healthcare field and a passion for improving patient care. Prior to joining Imorgon, Prachi served as a Sr. Manager of Product Test and Integration teams for Philips Healthcare, a leading PACS provider. At Philips, she played a key role in improving the quality of iSite/IntelliSpace products along with focusing on software development lifecycle process optimization.
As a member of the core leadership team, she has made significant contributions toward improving efficiencies in software lifecycle, accelerating release to the field. Prachi plays a significant role in enhancing quality of Imorgon software and customer satisfaction keeping close eye on Regulatory compliance. Prachi received a Master of Computer Science from Lamar University.
Catherine Matosky, PMP
Director of Customer Program Management
Cathy joined Imorgon in 2013 with a passion for project management and more than 25 years of healthcare IT experience. She has held a variety of operations, project and process management roles in that time in the clinical arena with GE Healthcare (formerly IDX Systems) and Cerner Corporation. She has also served as a project management consultant and educator.
Cathy has a BS in Medical Technology from the University of Vermont, a certificate in Project Management, and is a certified Project Manager Professional (PMP) via the Project Management Institute. She resides in Shelburne, Vermont with her husband and two teenage sons.
Mark Bonney, RDMS (Ret.), RVT (Ret.)
Director of Product Management
Mark has over 30 years of experience in ultrasound starting his career as a sonographer with the University of Michigan Hospitals. He joined Acuson in 1989 as an Application Specialist. When Acuson debuted the AEGIS ultrasound PACS, Mark was drawn to the novel technology and quickly moved into the Aegis division where he worked closely with engineering and developed the customer training program. After promotion to Training Manager, he moved to Mountain View, CA where he oversaw the Acuson Biomedical training program and the Aegis Clinical Systems Specialists nationwide.
His fascination with PACS technology continued to grow and in the late ‘90’s he became a Product Manager for the second generation of ultrasound PACS, KinetDx.
After Siemens’ acquisition of Acuson in 2000 Mark was promoted to Senior Product Manager of the newly re-branded syngo Dynamics. He joined Imorgon in 2011.
Mark lives in Phoenix, AZ and has an Associate of Applied Arts from Soumi College in Hancock, MI and an Associate of Science from Marygrove College in Detroit, MI.
